It has now come to light that the dictator also planned to compose an opera.
The Times of Israel reports that among a collection of items held by one of the young Hitler's few friends is a sketch of the first page of an attempt at composing an opera by the future Nazi leader. Reportedly, he attempted to compose the opera after only a few months of piano lessons.
The collection goes on display in Austria this weekend.
