Conductor Jaap von Zweeden has been working with the orchestra since 2008, and by his own admission is a taskmaster. But his authoritarian style isn't going over well with the musicians. Reports are surfacing that he has demoted or fired people with no notice, and that von Zweeden likes to operate by instilling fear in his players.
