The New York Times is reporting that the MET will be performing for live audiences again soon--but not at Lincoln Center.
They will be doing two performances Sunday in Queens at the Knockdown Theater. The program will include their first opera by a Black composer: Terrence Blanchard's "Fire Shut Up in My Bones", as well as selections by Verdi and Mozart.
