What's wrong in Philly?

The Philadelphia Orchestra has a long history as one of the country's finest orchestras, but that legacy may be in trouble.  The orchestra reportedly has been in financial straits for some time, and a new report indicates that the situation isn't improving. 

Part of the problem is a small donor base with most of the donations coming from a very small group of people, and management that fails to communicate well with anyone, from musicians to the community at large.
